Are you wanting to kick start your career as a Mobile Plant Mechanic? This is your chance! Gain invaluable hands-on experience whilst completing a 4-year Apprenticeship and Certificate III in Engineering - Fixed and Mobile Plant Mechanic.

Based in Bohle Regional QLD, we're in search for a motivated and dependable individual eager to kickstart a career as a Mobile Plant Mechanic. You'll gain hands-on experience in conducting scheduled maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing tasks on heavy vehicles. Our team of seasoned industry professionals will guide and mentor you, offering opportunities for additional training and certification.

What will you be doing?

  • Undertake scheduled maintenance, diagnosing and repairs tasks on heavy vehicles.
  • Attend to breakdowns offsite.
  • Testing, conducting and recording work as instructed.
  • Adhere to Work, Health and Safety - including participating in Toolbox talks and completing risks assessment.
  • Working collaboratively within a team environment and able to take direction from supervisors.
  • Testing, conducting and recording work as instructed.

About you?

  • Drivers Licence - (Manual preferred)
  • Satisfactory completion of a National Police Check and pre-employment medical
  • Ability work as a team and independently on tasks with a strong attention to detail.
  • Safety mindset and motivated to learn.
  • Punctual, reliable with a great work ethic
