    Current positions available:

    • Customer Service and Sales Representative (Marketing)

      Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, this position is a combination of inbound and outbound calls, as well as the provision of a high-quality customer service experience resulting in lead generation and/or sign-ups. This role is ideal for a person who is self motivated and has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Employment Advisor (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      This role is to place disadvantaged people into sustainable employment, developing innovative solutions while providing a high standard of service. This position will liaise with a range of stakeholders assisting disadvantaged job seekers into sustainable employment and and influencing clients to achieve KPIs. The incumbent will undertake a variety of business development and account management related duties and will be required to effectively work with internal stakeholders at all levels to achieve set targets and KPIs.

    • Field Operations Manager (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      MEGT’s Field Operations Managers oversee MEGT Field staff and have the responsibility for delivering the sales and stakeholder engagement activities of MEGT’s AASN Contract as specified by DET within their designated region.

    • Industry Employment Expert (Recruitment and Management Services)

      Internally titled - Industry Employment Consultant. The primary objective of an Industry Employment Consultant (IEC) is to maximise apprentice and trainee completion rates within their caseload through the effective mentoring of employers, apprentices and trainees in accordance with The National Standards for Group Training Organisations. The IEC will also be responsible for ensuring the Trades / Business Administration / IT workplaces where Australian Apprentices are placed are safe by carrying out appropriate workplace health and safety checks.

    • National Sales Manager (Recruitment and Management Services)

      The objective of this exciting full-time position is to achieve consistent year on year growth within identified target markets across all service offerings. This is achieved through the development and effective implementation of sales strategies to attract both local accounts as well as large national organisations in which few of our competitors have the capability or footprint to compete.
