    • Apprenticeships Field Consultant (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      This role is key to driving business opportunities, completing Sign-ups and developing innovative solutions while providing a high standard of service to new and existing clients alike.

    • Assistant Apprenticeships Field Consultant (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, you will provide an important support role within the MEGT ANP Field Operations Team, performing the facilitation of sign ups and various other tasks to provide the highest standard of service. This position is ideal for a self-starter who can work autonomously and efficiently manage their time, negotiate competing priorities, influence clients they work with to create new business opportunities and be able to effectively work with internal stakeholders at all levels to achieve set targets and KPI's. Please note: This is a full-time fixed-term position ending 31 January 2022.

    • Business Development Manager (Recruitment and Management Services)

      Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for marketing and promoting MEGT Recruitment and Management Services to potential Host Employers and creating placements for Australian Apprentices. Your core function will be to generate commencements through new prospect host relationships based on targeted industry sector groups as determined by your manager. This role will involve, but not limited to, new sales visits, cold calling, telesales, relationship management and relevant administrative tasks.

    • Career and Recruitment Consultant (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      This is a key role within MEGT’s Career Hub team focusing on provision of high-quality pre-employment advice and recruitment support to employers of Australian Apprentices, and career guidance to job seekers wishing to enter an Australian Apprenticeship. The position will also match job seekers to suitable vacancies and reverse market candidates to suitable employers while building relationships with key stakeholders.

    • Customer Service Manager - Mentoring Services (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      As the Customer Service Manager - Mentoring Services, you will be responsible for the performance of Customer Service Officers - Mentoring Services and will have the Customer Service Officers reporting directly to them. Reporting to the Manager - Mentoring Services, you will be accountable for outbound mentoring contacts and ensuring that benchmarks are achieved in this area, as well as ensuring that appropriate follow-up and/or referral to Mentors/external organisations occurs in a timely manner.

    • Customer Service Officer - CPU (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      This is your opportunity to work for our Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) Division, Australia's largest and only national ANP. Reporting to the specific line manager, you will provide an important support role within MEGT ANP Division. You will be responsible for providing internal and external clients excellent customer service with resolved outcomes. This must be provided in line with measured Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as being compliant with all aspects of the Australian Apprenticeship Federal and State Guidelines, together with any administrative processes required to achieve this goal.

    • Customer Service Officer - Field (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      This position provides an important support role within MEGT ANP Field Team and is responsible for providing internal and external clients quality customer service in the areas on Universal, Gateway and In-Training. The role will be varied and involve performing Progress Contacts, taking inbound calls, working with job seekers and assisting ANP field staff in completing their roles.

    • Customer Service Officer - Mentoring Services (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      This position provides an important support role within MEGT ANP Mentoring Services team. You will be responsible for providing internal and external clients quality customer service. This varied position involves performing outbound Mentoring Services contacts, receiving inbound Mentoring Services contacts and completing data entry.In addition, you will be required to assess issues that impact on Australian Apprenticeship completion and identify required action.

    • Customer Service Officer – National Key Accounts (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      This is a key role within the MEGT ANP National Key Accounts Team and is responsible for providing high quality complex administrative support for key national customers and our National Accounts Team. This role is critical to MEGT ANP’s client retention and growth strategy for key customers and is the conduit to support these customers between our Key Accounts Team, State Teams and Central Processing Units (CPU).

      MEGT’s Field Operations Managers oversee MEGT Field staff and have the responsibility for delivering the sales and stakeholder engagement activities of MEGT’s AASN Contract as specified by DET within their designated region.

      As an integral member of the Senior Leadership Group the General Manager People & Culture will provide expert and highly influential support and leadership on all people and culture matters in support of the achievement of organisational goals. The General Manager People & Culture must apply expert analytical capabilities and business acumen to identify high level People & Culture priorities, lead the development of significant projects and review the effectiveness of initiatives, practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

    • Indigenous Apprenticeship and Traineeship Network (IATN) Field Officer (Recruitment and Management Services)

      • Promote training and employment opportunities to prospective Apprentices and Trainees • Promote and sell the Group Training concept to prospective Host Employers with a demonstrated Indigenous Employment Strategy • Develop relationships with key Indigenous organisations and agencies in the communities IATN is servicing. • Recruit, employ and mentor Indigenous trainees and apprentices throughout their contract of training.

    • Key Accounts Consultant (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      This is a key role within MEGT (Australia) Ltd and is an integral part of the management and servicing of key customers for MEGT’s ANP Division. MEGT’s Key Accounts Consultant (KAC) has the responsibility of managing the central customer relationship for key national accounts. The KAC will make the process of using the Australian Apprenticeships system as seamless as possible for employers and their Australian Apprentices by providing assistance and support to manage the complexity of the system.

    • Mentor (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      MEGT (Australia) Ltd will provide mentoring and pastoral care to Australian Apprentices as part of In-training support services under the Australian Apprenticeships Support Network (AASN) Contract. All eligible Australian Apprentices will be assessed and have the opportunity to seek support through In-training support services. Apprentices identified as requiring higher level support will receive support from a dedicated mentor. The aim of In-training support services is to improve Australian Apprentice completion rates. An enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys interacting with people and displays a positive attitude will find this a rewarding role.

    • National Account Manager (Recruitment and Management Services)

      The National Account Manager leads the company’s efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers. Assigned a portfolio of new and existing clients, the National Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and assigned strategic account objectives. The National Account Manager documents and implements an individual account plan for each client which represents the entire range of RMS services to assigned clients, while coordinating client expectations via nominated local RMS account teams.

      The role of the ANP National Manager – Business Services (NMBS) is primarily responsible for collaborating with the ANP GM and National and State Managers (NSM) to ensure that all quantitative and qualitative KPIs established within the AASN Contract and Guidelines and by the ANP Division (as reflected in the annual ANP Business Plan) are achieved in all areas involving Central Processing Unit (CPU) Administration.
