    • Career and Recruitment Consultant (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      This is a key role within MEGT’s Career Hub team focusing on provision of high-quality pre-employment advice and recruitment support to employers of Australian Apprentices, and career guidance to job seekers wishing to enter an Australian Apprenticeship. The position will also match job seekers to suitable vacancies and reverse market candidates to suitable employers while building relationships with key stakeholders.

    • Customer Service and Sales Representative (Marketing)

      Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, this position is a combination of inbound and outbound calls, as well as the provision of a high-quality customer service experience resulting in lead generation and/or sign-ups. This role is ideal for a person who is self motivated and has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Customer Service Manager - Field Operations (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      The Customer Service Manager (CSM) - Field Operations is responsible for the quality performance of Customer Service Officers–Field (CSO-Field) within their state(s). The CSO-Fields report directly to them. The role is accountable for outbound customer contacts and ensures that benchmarks are achieved in this area, as well as ensuring that inbound calls are answered in a timely manner and that excellent customer service is provided.

    • Customer Service Officer – National Key Accounts (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      This is a key role within the MEGT ANP National Key Accounts Team and is responsible for providing high quality complex administrative support for key national customers and our National Accounts Team. This role is critical to MEGT ANP’s client retention and growth strategy for key customers and is the conduit to support these customers between our Key Accounts Team, State Teams and Central Processing Units (CPU).

    • Field Operations Manager (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      MEGT’s Field Operations Managers oversee MEGT Field staff and have the responsibility for delivering the sales and stakeholder engagement activities of MEGT’s AASN Contract as specified by DET within their designated region.

    • Industry Employment Consultant (Recruitment and Management Services)

      The primary objective of an Industry Employment Consultant (IEC) is to maximise apprentice and trainee completion rates within their caseload through the effective mentoring of employers, apprentices and trainees in accordance with The National Standards for Group Training Organisations. The IEC will also be responsible for ensuring the Trades / Business Administration / IT workplaces where Australian Apprentices are placed are safe by carrying out appropriate workplace health and safety checks.

    • Key Accounts Consultant (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      This is a key role within MEGT (Australia) Ltd and is an integral part of the management and servicing of key customers for MEGT’s ANP Division. MEGT’s Key Accounts Consultant (KAC) has the responsibility of managing the central customer relationship for key national accounts. The KAC will make the process of using the Australian Apprenticeships system as seamless as possible for employers and their Australian Apprentices by providing assistance and support to manage the complexity of the system.

    • Mentor (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      MEGT (Australia) Ltd will provide mentoring and pastoral care to Australian Apprentices as part of In-training support services under the Australian Apprenticeships Support Network (AASN) Contract. All eligible Australian Apprentices will be assessed and have the opportunity to seek support through In-training support services. Apprentices identified as requiring higher level support will receive support from a dedicated mentor. The aim of In-training support services is to improve Australian Apprentice completion rates. An enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys interacting with people and displays a positive attitude will find this a rewarding role.

    • Recruitment Consultant (Recruitment and Management Services)

      The primary focus of this role will be to coordinate and execute the recruitment functions and associated activities in addition to sourcing new vacancies through reverse marketing. This vacancy will remain open Until Filled.
