  • Client Solutions Manager (Recruitment and Management Services)

About the Role: Based in either Melbourne Sydney or Brisbane, this is your opportunity to work for our Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) Division. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will lead discussions to build, maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location clients. In this position you will be assigned new business goals and a portfolio of new and existing clients, and you’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets. The Client Solutions Manager assists in winning and implementing an individual account plan for each client which represents the entire range of our services to clients, while coordinating client expectations via nominated local account teams. Mandatory Qualifications and Experience: Excellent understanding of consultative sales methodologies, strategic sales processes and the proven ability to convert leads to business. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively with senior management Results orientated with a proven track record of successful business development with large and national clients Experienced team member with dynamic interpersonal, negotiation and high-quality customer service skills Proven record in influencing and empowering team members to exceed KPIs in a sales/service environment Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and receptive to change. About us: The Recruitment & Management Services division of MEGT manages large apprenticeship & traineeship programs on behalf of our clients in a multitude of sectors from Tech to mining. We place up to 1000 mostly young people into employment each year and programs range from a large single site through to multiple sites in each site with each client requiring a unique solution that enables them to achieve their goals. About the Role: Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this is your opportunity to work with and guide the national accounts and the team. Based in either Brisbane (Loganholme), Sydney (Ultimo) or Melbourne (Ringwood) the objective of this exciting role is to achieve a consistent approach to strategic accounts and ensure our commitments to our partners are met. This is achieved through the development and effective implementation of account strategies to work with large national organizations in which few of our competitors have the capability or footprint to compete. The MEGT RMS Division has grown by 10-15% each year for the past three years and we would like to attract an experienced strategically orientated manager to help consolidate a number of identified opportunities. Selection Criteria: Demonstrated success in consultative and solutions-based sales Demonstrated management experience Demonstrated strategy development and implementation experience Experience in recruitment, Group Training (GTO), vocational education, apprentice and traineeship program management, or HR outsourcing would be highly regarded but not essential.
