    Current positions available:

    • Career and Recruitment Consultant (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      This is a key role within MEGT’s Career Hub team focusing on provision of high-quality pre-employment advice and recruitment support to employers of Australian Apprentices, and career guidance to job seekers wishing to enter an Australian Apprenticeship. The position will also match job seekers to suitable vacancies and reverse market candidates to suitable employers while building relationships with key stakeholders.

    • Customer Service Officer - CPU (Apprenticeship Network Provider)

      This is your opportunity to work for our Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) Division, Australia's largest and only national ANP. Reporting to the specific line manager, you will provide an important support role within MEGT ANP Division. You will be responsible for providing internal and external clients excellent customer service with resolved outcomes. This must be provided in line with measured Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as being compliant with all aspects of the Australian Apprenticeship Federal and State Guidelines, together with any administrative processes required to achieve this goal.

    • Field Consultant (Recruitment and Management Services)

      The field officer will have the responsibility for marketing and promoting MEGT Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) through the activity of new and existing visits and recruitment functions. This role focuses on developing relationships with host employers and candidates while creating additional placement through effective host employer targeting and account management. A proven demonstrated understanding of recruitment, relationship management and mentoring will be critical to the success of the position. Travel within the defined geographical area and back to the state’s head office will be necessary in this role.

    • Industry Employment Consultant (Recruitment and Management Services)

      The primary objective of an Industry Employment Consultant (IEC) is to maximise apprentice and trainee completion rates within their caseload through the effective mentoring of employers, apprentices and trainees in accordance with The National Standards for Group Training Organisations. The IEC will also be responsible for ensuring the Trades / Business Administration / IT workplaces where Australian Apprentices are placed are safe by carrying out appropriate workplace health and safety checks.
