About the Role: Based in our Maroochydore office in the Sunshine Coast region in Queensland, this is your opportunity to work for our Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) Division, Australia's largest and only national ANP.  The Apprenticeship Field Consultant (AFC) is a multifaceted autonomous role, supporting both employers and Australian Apprentices with promotion and education, engagement and continuity of the Australian Apprenticeship program.   The primary responsibilities of an AFC are centered around business development and relationship management with various stakeholders and customers to facilitate the undertaking of a National Training Contract between employers and Australian Apprentices. In some regions AFCs are also responsible for completing progress contacts with Australian Apprentices.   The AFC role requires the application of a diverse range of soft skills, knowledge of the AASN program, funding opportunities, the VET sector and a commitment to the ongoing provision of high-quality standards of customer service.  Mandatory Qualifications and Experience: ​Proven business development and account management experience, while being able to determine and prioritize relationships, balancing short-term gains with long-term considerations.  Capability to work, often autonomously, acting with trust and integrity to promote positive collaboration and open discussions.   Proven ability to self-motivate, manage work priorities, meet deadlines efficiently and meet KPIs.  Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and receptiveness to change.  Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a mature, professional approach with a passion for increasing customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement and learning.  Current driver license  The successful candidate will demonstrate high-quality communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a member of a diverse team.  The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Police Check and any State/Territory Working with Children Check (where applicable). Based in either Brisbane (Loganholme), Sydney (Ultimo) or Melbourne (Ringwood) the objective of this exciting role is to achieve a consistent approach to strategic accounts and ensure our commitments to our partners are met. This is achieved through the development and effective implementation of account strategies to work with large national organizations in which few of our competitors have the capability or footprint to compete. Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, the Helpdesk and Desktop Support Analyst will be primarily responsible for providing quality Level 1-3 support to MEGT staff via phone, on site and utilizing remote support technologies in an effort assist staff in both technical issues and requests to enable effective and productive use of IT systems.   You will have a keen eye for detail, analytical with strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work across all levels in the organization; management, staff, vendors and contractors. You have demonstrated strong capabilities and competencies in working well in a high pressure environment, proactive in carrying out research and critical problem solving as well as building solid relationships with multiple stakeholders. Selection Criteria: Knowledge of core network skills in an MS environment   Experience with Cisco Unified Communications, Citrix (including Xen Desktop), Active Directory, MS Exchange, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection software, Antivirus software, Backup software such as Comm Vault, and remote client VPN environments.   proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office software applications (multiple versions).  Exposure in these areas would be an advantage: Helpdesk ticketing systems, SharePoint, Report writing tools, Remote support tools, Security Management software  An attractive salary and 9.5% superannuation will be on offer to the successful candidate.
