Administration Traineeship

MEGT is looking for a motivated individual who is interested in becoming a Business Administration trainee. This role will give you the opportunity to work in a fun and engaging work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. As a trainee, you'll be a vital part of the team, providing administrative support and learning the ins and outs of the business.

This role is based in North Sydney and a full time role working 38 hours per week.

THE ROLE:

  • Administrative support
  • Payment requests
  • Maintaining office equipment and supplies
  • Updating of office manuals
  • Booking travel for program team members
  • Distribution of supplies to hospital based teams

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Career focused and ability to commit to your traineeship
  • Good verbal and written communication skill
  • Customer service background - desirable
  • No previous experience is required, but have a strong desire to learn
