We have a position available for a Warehouse Operator Trainee to begin a full-time traineeship located in Kawana - Rockhampton.

Our client, who is a multi-national company, provides high quality Industrial & Engineering Products including bearings, power transmission, fluid power fittings, seals, power tools and consumables to engineering, mining, transport, defence, manufacturers, civil infrastructure, and the trades.

What does the role look like?
You will assist the team by:

  • Providing friendly customer service
  • Administrative duties such as answering phone calls & email enquires
  • Inventory controls, Data Input and Interacting with Couriers
  • The accurate and timely picking, packing & dispatching of orders
  • Delivering warehouse stock & materials to a range of clients
  • General cleanliness of warehouse area and adhere to WHS policies


Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Ability to solve practical problems effectively
  • Work autonomously on set tasks through to completion
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, including having a desire to complete a qualification
  • Good computer skills including knowledge of the basic MS Office Suite and capabilities in using MS Excel
  • An interest in the mechanical or automotive fields (desirable)
  • Drivers Licence and Own Vehicle (must have)

This role will enable you to build your knowledge of the company and its products within a Warehouse Environment. On successful completion of a Warehousing qualification, you will have access to ongoing opportunities for progression and development!
