Harkon Joinery is a small family run business based in the western suburbs of Melbourne. We have a position available for either a 1st, 2nd or 3rd year apprentice cabinet maker to join our team.
We specialise in delivering high-end kitchens, laundry's, robes, custom furniture, bathrooms and all joinery aspects.
Working with a qualified and skilled cabinet maker, you will be taught all areas of factory and onsite methods to develop into a skilled and qualified cabinet maker.
As an apprentice your duties will include assembly, repairs, onsite installs, working with machinery and maintaining the workshop in a clean and safe manner.
To be successful you will need to have the following:
Must Have
- Driver licence
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- High level of attention to detail
- Physically fit and capable
- Reliable and hardworking
- Willingness to learn and develop
Preferred but not essential:
- Experience in the field
- Own tools
