The primary purpose of the Receptionist/Office Trainee Administrator position is to contribute to the smooth operation of the Sydney office by providing essential receptionist duties and administrative support. This role aims to ensure efficient office facilities management, enhance team productivity through assistance with administrative tasks, and deliver exceptional customer services to visitors and callers.

Role Accountabilities

  • Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities and management of office supplies.
  • Support team managers by assisting with administrative tasks and compiling reports for internal management and clients.
  • Provide input for improving and coordinating key business processes.
  • Undertake office management tasks as assigned by the manager.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate meeting points.
  • Arrange catering and refreshments for guests and meetings.
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to relevant areas.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain tidy and organised shared areas.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry and filing.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
