We operate in critical infrastructure environments such as airports, defence, retail centres, healthcare, rail, transport, logistics. We have a team of 220 dedicated professionals that deliver maintenance services & minor works projects for Fire, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Building Services.
About the opportunity
We have an exciting full-time permanent opportunity for a HVAC Apprentice to join our Asset Services team based at Brisbane, Hendra. With lots of projects and contracts in place there is plenty of work for now and into the future.
As one of our HVAC Apprentices you will undertake a 4-year apprenticeship where you will be required to:
- Obtain a certificate III qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Work across 60+ sites within a precinct environment
- Assist qualified technicians with routine preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on a wide range of HVAC systems
- Comply with quality, safety, environmental, technical procedures, policies, work instructions, relevant standards and practices
About You

- Relevant pre-apprentice course desirable, but not mandatory.
- Current manual drivers’ licence
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, conscientious, and keen to learn
- Proven ability to work autonomously and within in a team
- Flexible, can-do attitude as well as the ability to follow instructions
To meet client requirements, this role requires you to be an Australian citizen as well as obtain a police clearance.
