Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Apprentice

We have a position available for a Refrigeration & Airconditioning Apprentice to join the service department within the SP&R Group.

We specialise in all aspects of HVAC-R.

Working with qualified and skilled technicians, you will gain valuable hands-on experience, support from leaders who have a real passion for mentoring apprentices in the trade.

As an Apprentice you will learn to: 

• Conduct routine maintenance to commercial sites, complete repairs, upgrades to all types of refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation equipment. 
• Identify and diagnose Refrigeration & Airconditioning  issues and providing effective solutions. 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. 
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. 
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocol. 

To be successful you will need to have the following: 
Must Have 

• Basic knowledge of hand tools. 
• Genuine interest in Refrigeration & Airconditioning 
• Physically fit and capable. 
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Drivers licence and reliable transport
• White Card
• Working with children check or be able to obtain.
• Police Check
