Longview Landscapes currently have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our team! We are searching for a 1st, 2nd or 3rd year. Experience is not essential, however, we want someone who has the passion and motivation to complete their full landscaping apprenticeship.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Efficiently meet deadlines under time constraints without sacrificing quality of work.
- Clean work areas, machines, or equipment, to maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Confidently identify and use power and hand tools
- Adherence to relevant industry standards
- Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance and polite communication.
- Complete study and on job components to meet qualification requirements for Cert III Landscaping, which includes travel for training purposes.
Maintain high quality work in all facets of Landscaping including but not limited to
- Construction of retaining walls, paving and concreting
- Installing irrigation and drainage systems
- Turfing, mulching and planting
- Operating machinery
To be successful you will need to have the following:
Must have:
- A current driver's licence (Manual licence is preferred)
- Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a team.
- Ability to undertake manual/physical work.
- Genuine interest in landscaping.
- Punctual, reliable and energetic.
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
