Leonard Interiors are looking for a Cabinet Making Apprentice to join our team.

We are located in St Andrews 3761 and the successful applicant will be working in a purpose built modern factory away from the husstle and bussel of the major employment centres of Thomastown , Campbellfield , Bayswater & the like.

You will be rewarded with working in an environment that is stress free and as close to nature as possible .

Over the past 36 years we have successfully trained 7 Cabinet makers who have all become some of the best tradesmen in the game most of which have started their own businesses.

At Leonard Interiors we specialise in all facets of the joinery industry with our focus being complex architectural joinery & delivering high-end kitchens, laundry's, robes, custom furniture, bathrooms and all joinery aspects to the trade & domestic clients.

Working with 3 - 4  qualified and skilled cabinet makers, you will be taught all areas of factory and on-site methods to develop into a skilled and qualified cabinet maker.  

As an apprentice your duties will include: 

  • Assembly, repairs & on-site installs.
  • Working with machinery.
  • Maintaining the workshop in a clean and safe manner.
  • Factory & machine maintenance and tool appreciation. 

To be successful you will need to have the following:

  • Physically fit and capable.
  • Reliable and hard working. 
  • Willingness to listen & learn.
  • Well presented.
  • Basic writing and mathematics skills.
