D Mead Carpentry has an opportunity for an Apprentice Carpenter to join the team. Our work is mainly based in the Ballarat, Ballan and Bannockburn area - successful candidates will be local to these areas.
We specialize in all aspects of carpentry from framing, lock up and fix to external cladding and decking.
Excellent opportunity to join a busy crew and learn from qualified tradies in a supportive environment.
To be successful you will need to have the following:
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Very keen to learn.
- Have a basic knowledge of hand tools.
- Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentry.
- Ability to get to and from work independently.
Preferred but not essential:
- Driver licence and own car.
- A white card.
- Own tools.
