About the role:
A Carpentry Apprentice role with a focus on residential is looking for someone motivated to learn and develop practical skills :
- Provide tailored travel advice and manage end-to-end bookings for clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and guides.
- Maintain CRM, process invoices, manage emails, and perform admin tasks.
- Support social media and newsletter communications.
- Provide great customer service.
What we're looking for:
- Candidate must have completed Certificate III in Travel and Tourism or a similar travel diploma or degree (desired)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer service.
- Preferred: experience with XERO and knowledge of North Queensland.
- A valid Driver's License
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
