About the company:
Our client is a local Real Estate Agency and seeking a Business Trainee to contributing to the growth of their office, deliver exceptional customer service and work towards a career within the Real Estate sector! Close to public transport and cafes, you will be joining a supportive team environment, that encourages learning on the job and the potential for a long term career!
About the role:
This Traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, via face to face, phone and email communication to all external clients and colleagues
- Digital and Manual Filing, Data Entry, Booking Inspections, Assisting with Rental Payments
- Assist in preparing tenancy agreements, leases, and renewal documentation
- Support with entry and exit condition reports, key register management, Generate and send correspondence including rent arrears notices, reminders
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures, privacy, and legislative requirements
- Ensure work space is kept clean and tidy, Stationary items are Ordered/restocked and Adhere to WHS policy
What we're looking for:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, along with a positive attitude, and organizational skills
- Takes initiative, eager and willing to learn, attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions, demonstrated customer service experience
- Tech savvy - familiar with MS Word, email suites and basic IT skills
- Interest in or previous study in Highschool subjects such as: Business, Legal, Finance, IT (highly advantageous)
