Location: NAB Bourke Street Corporate Office, with occasional travel to Knox City for training
This is a contract opportunity: 12 months full-time | Paid Traineeship | Certificate III in Business
Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual ready to start your professional journey in banking? MEGT is partnering with NAB to offer an exciting 12-month Business Customer Engagement Traineeship where you'll learn the ins and outs of branch operations while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
This is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Identified role. 🧠 What You'll Do
As a NAB Business Customer Engagement Trainee, you'll:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in branch
- Engage in needs-based conversations and educating customers on digital banking
- Assist customers with self-service banking options
- Perform general teller duties, including cash handling and transaction processing
- Maintain ATMs and branch equipment

- High attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills
- A team player who takes initiative and direction well
- Punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
- Previous customer service or cash-handling experience
- Ability to pass a National Police Check prior to employment
