What will you be doing?
- Supporting the Mental Health Service team, your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors at reception
- Answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Keeping records up to date and following department guidelines
- Booking meeting rooms and managing schedules
- Assisting with general admin tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing (both electronic and paper)
About you?
- Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team
- Well-organised with a professional phone manner and great attention to detail
- Follows confidentiality rules and handles private information with care
- Reliable, on time, and takes initiative
- Has completed a National Police Check
- Must meet eligibility requirements, including work rights, previous qualifications, and health checks required by NSW Health
