About the Role
As the Accounts Assistant Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced professionals and assist with a variety of financial and administrative tasks, including:

  • Answering and transferring reception phone calls
  • Data entry and invoice processing
  • Reconciling purchase orders in the system
  • Providing PA support to the accountant
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
  • Customer service and email management
  • Document control, filing, and general admin support

🎯 Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is:

  • Interested in business, accounting, or finance
  • Reliable and punctual - able to commute to Hemmant daily
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Confident on the phone and willing to assist with reception duties
  • Friendly, proactive, and keen to learn
  • Able to work well both independently and in a team
