We are looking for an administrative assistant to help with events such as conferences and training courses. Someone who has good communication skills, IT savvy and is extremely organised, punctual and willing to learn, would really fit the current office dynamic. The position will commence part-time, but it could be transitioned into a full time one depending on the number of activities each year. There will be lots to learn and experience from this small but fast paced operation whose members are individuals and companies in the transport and mobility sectors around Australia and New Zealand.

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Reception duties and various administration tasks;
- Assisting the events team;
- Sending EDM's and social posts;
- Other project work as required.

The candidate must be willing to to gain practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training (and a certificate III) in Business.
