Carpentry Apprentice

J Watson Building and Construction has an opportunity for an apprentice carpenter to join the team. 

We specialise in all aspects of carpentry from framing, lock up and fix. We focus on high end builds as well as renovations and new builds and subdivisions. 

Excellent opportunity to join a busy crew and learn from qualified trades in a supportive environment. 

To be successful you will need to have the following: 

• Ability to undertake physically demanding work 
• Be reliable and punctual 
• Very keen to learn 
• Have a basic knowledge of hand tools 
• Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentry 
• Ability to get to and from work independently 
• Genuine interest in carpentry

Preferred but not essential: 

• Driver licence & Own car 
• Completed a pre-apprenticeship 
• Intention to purchase own tools
