Must-Have:
- Basic understanding and interest in electrical tools and systems
- Own set of hand tools
- Punctual, dependable, and hard-working attitude
- Physically fit and capable of working at heights
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work safely in a production environment
- Working at Heights certification
- Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)
Bonus (but not essential):
- Completed Certificate II in Electrotechnology pre-apprenticeship
- Completed a pre-apprenticeship program
- White Card
