The Opportunity:
We are offering an exciting Logistics Traineeship for a motivated individual looking to kick-start their career in the supply chain industry. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is keen to learn and gain real-world experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification in Logistics.

As a Logistics Trainee, you’ll assist with the coordination of inbound and outbound cargo, freight management, documentation, and daily operations. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and other team members to support the broader logistics function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with communication between the Acteus Australia warehouse and offices
  • Support freight forwarder bookings, export documentation, and cargo scheduling
  • Help organise inbound/outbound deliveries with third-party logistics providers
  • Contribute to packing, labelling, and accurate documentation
  • Assist in verifying HS Codes and ensuring export compliance
  • Perform general office administration and data entry tasks
  • Follow all workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine interest in logistics, supply chain, or transport
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Completion of Year 10 or higher
