K. D. Building & Construction Pty Ltd are seeking enthusiastic persons interested in a carpentry apprenticeship.
We specialise in lock up and fixing for new domestic builds in the Melbourne Metro area - mostly in the North & West.
The successful candidate must be:
- Hard-working, self motivated and organised
- Serious about a career in carpentry
- A good team player
- Punctual and reliable
No experience or pre-apprenticeship necessary.
Drivers licence is preferred however not essential as long as you can get to Truganina to then drive to the work site with other staff in the early morning.
Hours are Monday to Friday 7am-3pm, optional overtime and weekend work (penalty rates).
Salary is as per the Building & Construction General On-Site (MA000020) Award. Dedication will be rewarded with a higher agreed hourly rate.
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
