About the Role:
Varloch Plumbing is looking for a motivated and reliable 1st Year Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to kick-start your plumbing career inside a high-performance construction ecosystem.
You won’t just be learning the ropes of plumbing — you’ll be joining a broader crew that includes carpenters and builders working across residential projects under the Varloch banner. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and you’ll gain exposure to real sites from day one.
What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting licensed plumbers on residential construction and maintenance jobs

Learning safe, efficient, and high-quality plumbing techniques

Assisting with site setup, tool prep, and materials handling

Participating in toolbox talks and on-site team sessions

Growing within a structured and supportive training environment
What We’re Looking For:

A genuine interest in the plumbing trade and building industry

Punctual, presentable, and eager to learn

White Card (or willing to obtain)

Driver’s licence preferred but not required
