We are searching for an Applicant to join our Team and complete a Certificate III in Flooring Technology. We install carpet and vinyl in commercial and residential properties.
As a member of our Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to project success in a smaller, more intimate team environment. You will also benefit from direct communication and close collaboration within our small, focused team, leading to faster progress and more impactful outcomes.
Tasks:
- Installation of new commercial carpet and vinyl
- Sweeping and vacuuming, preparing floors
- Setting up joins
- Trimming and cutting carpet and vinyl
- Cleaning up tools and equipment
- Ability to work physically and lift heavy objects
- Assist in maintaining work vehicle - cleanliness, tools easily accessible
Responsibilities:
- Clean presentation, sites are non-smoking/vaping environments
- Eager and willingness to learn in a supportive environment
- Work alongside our small, highly effective team
- Efficient and clear communication with employees and clientele, work well alongside other trades when on site
Applicant must have:
- White card
- Brisbane Northside local - Reliable transport to our work shed, located in Brendale.
- Must have a valid auto driver's licence

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
