We aim to mainly install NEW Gutters for existing dwellings. rarely repair and maintain existing Gutters, pretty simple installations, no heavy lifting. Most of our jobs are within Sydney Metro.

About the business:
LeafnRoot has partnered with an Australian Gutters manufacturer who has an IP in especially designed Gutters meant to do clear Guttering.
All Gutters are mostly manufactured in Sydney and Transported to the site a day before the job. Therefore its all about installation of newly designed Gutters as per the agreed Methods/procedures.
Not to worry - Training shall be provided to all the candidates, including suitable hand holding time on the job. We believe our Apprentices needs support and knowledge Transfer and we are good at doing that.

About You
We are looking for Apprentices who take work with responsibility. - someone who is comfortable working on Roof/heights.
Willing to complete upon commencement a national police check and pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test.
Positive and can-do attitude and willing to work towards customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include (not limited though):
- Ensure safety requirements are always met
- Assist with managing materials and tools as needed
- Measure, Cut and Install Gutters as per agreed process and Procedures - don't worry as mentioned Training shall be provided to perform the job.
- Repair and replace flashings, gutters, fixings etc. to prevent leaks - sometimes or rarely required
- Clean roofs for leak prevention after the job is complete.
- Assist clients with concerns and queries professionally
- Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy work site
- Work with the rest of the team to deliver a high standard of work
