My client is a luxury residential builder that operates across the affluent inner suburbs of Melbourne. They are looking for an apprentice carpenter (1-3 years experience) to join the team and will look to progress them to Lead Hand in the future. About the Builder
- Luxury residential builder with projects ranging from $1M - $6M across affluent bayside and the SE suburbs
- Looking for a 1–3-year apprentice who’s ready to commit themselves to a long term permanent opportunity, with the view to progress
- Clear pathway to Lead Hand and Site Manager - they want to invest in the right person
- You will gain exposure to some of Melbourne’s most prestigious builds

About the role
- You will be involved in everything - from framing, lock up and fix to external cladding and decking.
- Excellent opportunity to join a busy crew and learn from qualified tradies in a supportive environment.
To be successful you will need:
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work
- Be reliable and punctual
- Very keen to learn
- Have a basic knowledge of hand tools
- Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentry
- Ability to get to and from work independently

- Driver licence & Own car
- A white card
- Completed a pre-apprenticeship
- Own tools
