Easy Access Psychology is a mobile, telehealth, and clinic-based allied health service in Lismore. We provide neurodiversity-affirming support through psychology, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. Our team is dedicated to creating an inclusive and accessible healthcare experience for individuals of all ages.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Administration Trainee to join our friendly team. This full-time position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in healthcare administration while completing a nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Business or Health Administration).

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and provide a welcoming reception experience
  • Manage phone and email enquiries
  • Schedule appointments using PracSuite software
  • Assist with invoicing, Medicare and NDIS claims
  • Maintain accurate client records and uphold confidentiality
  • Provide general administrative support to the therapy team
  • Attend and complete all required training and coursework as part of the traineeship

Selection Criteria

Essential:

  • Eagerness to learn and develop administrative skills
  • Friendly, professional communication style
  • Competence with basic computer tasks
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
  • Eligible to undertake a traineeship

Desirable:

  • Interest in mental health, disability, or healthcare services
  • Prior experience in customer service or reception (even informal)
  • Familiarity with allied health or community support environments
