MEGT Marketing - Brand and Campaign Manager

Objectives of the Division:

The objective of the Office of CEO is to provide high level, effective and efficient support to the CEO; and Corporate department; and Divisions.

The primary objective of the Marketing Department is to position MEGT as a preferred provider of employment, training, education and workforce skills.


 

Objectives of the Position:

This is an important role within the MEGT (Australia) Ltd (MEGT) Marketing team.

Brand Management – Be the MEGT Brand guardian across the business ensuring guidelines are always current and all marketing activity, both internal and external, is carried out according to those guidelines.

Campaign Management – Working with the National Marketing Manager to plan all strategic and tactical marketing activity through to ownership of briefing, developing, implementing and continuous optimisation.  Ensure that all marketing campaigns are integrated across all channels.


 

Relationships:

The role is a direct report to the National Marketing Manager and has a close working relationship with the major stakeholders across all MEGT divisions and the marketing team.

As an in-house, shared service, it is required to have good working relationships with managers and staff.

As the external voice of MEGT, it is required to project good relationships with external customers, prospective customers, community and stakeholders.

  • a demonstrated expertise working with Microsoft Office Suite

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the brand consistency and adherence to the MEGT brand guidelines and style   guide for all MEGT marketing material.

  • Working with the National Marketing Manager to deliver 6 & 12 monthly marketing plans for MEGT.

  • Responsible for development and implementation of all MEGT campaign activities.

  • Ensuring all campaigns are integrated across all communication channels.

  • Responsible for communication of all marketing activity to the BST.

  • Responsible for internal communication to stakeholders of division activities or events.

  • Responsible for the currency and maintenance of all marketing materials/collateral (internal documents         e.g. stationery and external material e.g. flyers, etc.)

  • Contribute to MEGT marketing strategic planning sessions.

  • Responsible for the management and development of 1 direct report.


 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Brand consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing material.

  • High quality marketing collateral production that meets all branding standards within the scheduled         timeframes.

  • Actively foster strong positive relationships between internal and external stakeholders and the MEGT brand.

  • Ensure compliance and policy procedures are maintained.

  • Work efficiently and effectively with all external and internal stakeholders, and within MEGT Education         internal systems and processes.

  • Ensure allotted tasks are performed accurately and in appropriate time frames and at allocated budget.
