The best of training for a dedicated workforce
Aged Care Potential – Southeast Queensland is a partnership between MEGT, Aged Care Services Australia (ACSA), and workforce management platform PowerHouseHub to increase the employability of those who have devoted themselves to looking after Australia’s elderly.
Four online courses are delivered as part of MEGT’s ‘Aged Care Potential’ micro-credentialing pilot program, including:
- Dignity of risk, which gives people the right or dignity to take reasonable risks
- Understanding the aged care standards
- Planning for pandemics
- Leadership in crisis
