🌱 Apprentice - Turf Management

Employment Type: Temporary full-time Apprenticeship

🏌️♂️ About the Role
As an Apprentice in Turf Management, you'll assist with the upkeep and development of Maroondah's golf courses, sports grounds, and surrounding landscapes. This includes working across a variety of turf surfaces such as cricket ovals, soccer pitches, rugby and gridiron fields. Under the guidance of experienced staff, you'll learn all aspects of turf care-from mowing and drainage to irrigation and pest control-while undertaking a nationally recognised qualification
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining turf areas including greens, tees, fairways, and roughs
- Operate machinery and complete daily checks and documentation
- Support irrigation operations and maintenance
- Contribute to the care of trees, gardens, and landscaped areas

- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Commitment to completing your apprenticeship training
