About the role:

Our client, a large engineering company located in Jandakot, has an exciting opportunity for a self- motivated individual who is looking for a comprehensive working and learning experience. Applicants will have an interest in mining or mechanical equipment.  

You will work as part of a professional team responsible for working on a global manufacturer’s equipment for the Mining Industry.  Duties will include assisting in the assembly of new and refurbished equipment for the mining industry. Other duties include fault finding and testing equipment. The position is predominantly workshop based.

  • Are committed to regular attendance
  • Are dedicated to their trade, including formal off-the-job training
  • Can work extended hours when required
  • Hold a C class driver’s licence
  • Successfully pass aptitude testing, pre-employment and drug and alcohol screening
