Darryl Tickle Building is a growing building company. With a strong pipeline of exciting residential projects, we're looking for a motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our team and develop their skills, while working on a wide variety of jobs - from kitchen and bathroom upgrades to full-scale home renovations and extensions.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with the construction, renovation & extension of residential homes.
- Working with qualified carpenters in framing, flooring, cladding and finishing work and more
- Learning how to read plans, measure, cut and install materials
- Maintaining a clean & safe worksite
- Using a range of hand & power tools
What we're looking for:
- Someone reliable, hard working and eager to learn
- A genuine interest in carpentry & residential building
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- Driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
- White Card
