As a Trainee ICT Support Officer, you will:

• Provide first-level technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Log and prioritise incidents using our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Assist with system maintenance, user onboarding, and documentation.
• Work closely with the ICT Manager and clients to deliver seamless IT solutions.
• Contribute to creating user-friendly guides and training materials.

About You:

• Currently pursuing or willing to enrol in a Certificate III or IV in Information Technology (qualification supported through MEGT).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and a team player attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS environments (preferred but not essential).
• Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (required for onsite support).
