Purpose of the Role:
Are you passionate about lashes and brows but don’t know where to start? At Tempest and Bloom, we’re offering a paid lash & brow traineeship where you’ll learn from the best while earning. This is your chance to train in a high-performing, supportive, and fun salon, gaining real-world experience and building a long-term career in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior artists with lash extensions, lifts, brow shaping, and tinting
- Learn and develop hands-on skills through guided training & mentorship
- Provide exceptional customer service while building client relationships
- Support salon operations, including maintaining a clean, professional workspace
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques as part of your training
- Progress towards delivering your own lash and brow services with confidence
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for beauty and client care – no prior experience needed!
- Eager to learn and willing to put in the effort to master your craft
