🌱 What You'll Be Doing
Forget sitting behind a desk all day!
You'll be outside and hands-on, learning from experienced tradespeople while working across the racecourse grounds.
Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you'll gain hands-on experience in:
- 🌿 Mowing lawns and maintaining sporting fields
- 🧱 Maintaining outdoor areas and landscaped spaces
- 🪵 Assisting with council-related maintenance work
- 🌳 Weeding and general garden maintenance
- 🛠️ Developing practical skills in parks and gardens maintenance
- 👷 Working safely as part of a professional team
Don't have experience? That's OK! We're looking for someone with the right attitude who is reliable, willing to learn and ready to get stuck in.

- Enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Doesn't want to sit at a desk all day
- Is reliable and keen to learn
- Is physically fit and comfortable with manual work
