We liaise with your talent's Registered Training Organisation and help to create training plans to ensure learning aligns with on-the-job experiences.

Ongoing Liaison with the RTO

We manage the ongoing relationship with your talent's Registered Training Organisation, to support their journey and ensure rotations are completed.

Coaching and development

A dedicated MEGT coach conducts regular check-ins, supporting your talent and keeping them on track. Ongoing support helps maintain performance, engagement and retention.

Direct supervisor support 

MEGT’s coaches will support your supervisors in guiding young talent, and will provide regulatory and safety updates.
