1ST YEAR APPRENTICE GLAZIER – GLASS & ALUMINIUM

Glass Vision is seeking a motivated and reliable person to join our team in Echuca as a 1st Year Apprentice Glazier.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to commence a career in the glass and glazing industry. The successful applicant will receive on the job training and work alongside experienced tradespeople across a range of commercial and residential projects.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The role will provide practical experience across a broad range of glass and aluminium work, including:
- Aluminium window and door fabrication
- Commercial and residential glazing
- Installation of windows, doors and glass
- Commercial aluminium systems
- Glass replacement and reglazing
- Shower screens and mirrors
- Security doors and screens
- Safe handling and installation of glass
- Use of hand and power tools
- General workshop and installation duties
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop skills in both window fabrication and glazing, working in the workshop as well as on site.

Previous experience in glazing, construction, fabrication or the use of hand and power tools will be highly regarded but is not essential.
School leavers and applicants with limited previous work experience are encouraged to apply.
APPRENTICESHIP
An apprenticeship opportunity is available for the successful applicant.
The successful candidate will undertake a recognised Glass & Glazing Apprenticeship, combining formal training with practical, hands on experience at Glass Vision.
Applicants must have the appropriate working rights to undertake an apprenticeship in Australia.
ABOUT GLASS VISION
Glass Vision is a locally established glass and aluminium business based in Echuca, servicing commercial and residential customers throughout Echuca, Moama and surrounding areas.
We undertake a variety of work including commercial glazing, aluminium windows and doors, residential glazing, security doors, shower screens, glass replacement and fabrication.
This position offers the opportunity to gain broad practical experience while working alongside experienced members of our team.
