2nd to 3rd Year Plumbing Apprentice
2ND OR 3RD YEAR PLUMBING APPRENTICE – PERTH
PLEASE NOTE: This position is for an existing 2nd or 3rd year plumbing apprentice. It is not a 1st year apprenticeship position.
Looking for better experience and more variety in your apprenticeship?
Urbico Plumbing & Gas is a growing commercial and residential plumbing company working throughout the Perth area, and we're looking for a 2nd or 3rd Year Plumbing Apprentice to join our team.
This isn't a role where you'll spend every day doing the same thing.
You'll work alongside experienced plumbers across a genuine mix of:
- Commercial plumbing projects
- Residential plumbing
- Maintenance and fault finding
- Drainage and sewer works
- Gas installations
- Hot water systems
- Renovations and installations
- Blocked drains, CCTV inspections and high-pressure jetting
We're looking for an apprentice who wants to become a genuinely capable, well-rounded plumber and is prepared to put the effort in to get there.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- Varied commercial and residential experience
- Hands-on training with experienced plumbers
- Modern plumbing and drainage equipment
- Opportunity to take on more responsibility as you progress
- Support to complete your apprenticeship and develop your trade
- A growing company where there is genuine opportunity to progress
- Company vehicle and fuel card available to the right applicant
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You should ideally be a 2nd or 3rd Year Plumbing Apprentice who:
- Has already gained practical plumbing experience
- Has a current driver's licence
- Is reliable and turns up when expected
- Takes pride in their work
- Is willing to learn and take direction
- Can work well as part of a team
- Wants exposure to more than just one area of plumbing
- Is looking for somewhere they can develop and stay long term
If you're currently employed but feel you're not getting the experience, variety or opportunity you need, we'd still like to hear from you.
Your application will be treated confidentially.
To apply, please send your CV and a short cover letter telling us what year of your apprenticeship you're in, the experience you've gained so far and why you're looking for a change.
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
