This recognition is especially significant because it is based on confidential employee feedback and a rigorous independent assessment of organisational culture, trust and gender equity. It reflects our commitment to building a workplace where women feel safe, supported and empowered to succeed.
A reflection of our people’s experience
MEGT’s recent Employee Engagement Survey (EES) showed meaningful progress across the areas our people told us matter most:
- Flexibility
- Leadership connection
- Psychological safety
- Fair treatment across the organisation
The survey also highlighted consistently strong trust and fairness indicators, with 94–97% of employees agreeing that people at MEGT are treated fairly regardless of gender, race or sexual orientation. These results demonstrate that our commitment to equity and inclusion is not only embedded in policy; it’s being lived across the organisation.
Our overall GPTW statement score also increased to 87%, reinforcing the improving experience of our people across MEGT.
