MEGT, in partnership with NAB's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Traineeship Pathway Program, is offering an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional corporate environment while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business qualification.

📍 Based in Sydney CBD

This is an identified role for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people. What You'll Be Doing

As a First Nations Guest Services Advisor Trainee, you will:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and employees in a professional corporate environment
  • Provide exceptional front desk, concierge, and customer service support
  • Manage visitor access, enquiries, deliveries, and workplace services
  • Support meeting room bookings, events, and office operations
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to creating a positive and professional workplace experience

    What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality, concierge, front desk, or customer service experience highly regarded
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Confidence interacting with a diverse range of people
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, professional, and motivated to learn
  • Identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander (essential)
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check (essential)
