About the Role
This traineeship provides hands-on exposure across insurance broking, administration, client service, finance, and claims support. You will work closely with experienced brokers in a supportive environment while building practical industry knowledge, completing your Certificate III in Business, and developing long-term professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with insurance policy administration, renewals, and quoting
- Support brokers with client service and day-to-day operational tasks
- Respond to client enquiries and provide administrative support
- Prepare professional client correspondence and written communication
- Maintain accurate records and data within internal systems
- Process banking, accounts receivable, and basic finance tasks
- Liaise with insurers and support claims coordination
About You
