About the role:
This 2-year Traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in a Manage Services Provider organisation:
- Level 1 IT Service Desk support and professional customer service
- Microsoft cloud services and user administration
- Network infrastructure support and connectivity troubleshooting
- Ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and day-to-day IT operations
- Exposure to modern IT environments including cloud-based systems
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles in a business environment
What is a traineeship?
Work and study at the same time while completing a qualification in your chosen field.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about technology and building a long-term IT career
- Interested in computers, cloud platforms, or building/troubleshooting systems
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Willing to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Able to demonstrate basic technical awareness or curiosity
