About the role:
External vetting services is a specialised area focused on providing security checks for the Government to identify and manage threats. To support its growth, we need staff to help deliver quality admin and support services in the Vetting Team.

  • Providing high-quality administrative support within EY's Security Vetting Team
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with reporting, scheduling, onboarding, and project tracking
  • Working independently, meeting tight deadlines, and handling confidential matters with discretion

What we're looking for:

  • Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to follow through on tasks
  • Ability to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance
