About the role:

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Provide friendly customer service to community members and assist with general enquiries.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
• Learn to use council systems while completing a nationally recognised business qualification.
• Work as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for customers and the community.

What we're looking for - Skills & Experience

• Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
• Have an interest in customer service or community-focused work and enjoy helping people.
• Possess good communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
• Have basic computer skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
