About the Role

You will learn how to:
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
- Engage in meaningful, needs-based conversations
- Educate customers on digital banking solutions
- Support customers with self-service banking options
- Perform general banking and teller duties including transactions, cash handling, and ATM maintenance
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience (desirable)
Successful applicants will be required to complete a Police Check prior to commencement.
