About the Role:
Step into a role that blends practical office skills with exciting exposure to industrial and commercial design. You'll:

  • Be the heartbeat of the office - manage customer communication and keep daily operations flowing smoothly.
  • Take ownership of everyday admin tasks - emails, calls, photocopying, and escalating enquiries like a pro.
  • Explore the world of construction drawings - learn how plans turn into real-life projects.
  • Unlock new skills with potential training in AutoCAD, council documentation, and industrial drawings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Highly organised, reliable, and professional work ethic.
  • Comfortable collaborating in a small, close-knit team.
  • A valid manual driver's licence is preferred.
  • Some AutoCAD experience from school is a bonus but not essential - we'll help you grow!

What You Can Expect:

  • Earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in administration with potential AutoCAD upskilling.
  • Enjoy a healthy work-life balance, onsite parking, and access to a company car for work errands.
  • One-on-one mentoring and training to build your career and confidence.
  • Long-term opportunities in a company with 35+ years' experience delivering high-quality, pre-engineered metal buildings across Australia and the Pacific.

About the Company:
Our partner delivers custom, efficient, and cost-effective industrial, commercial, and domestic structures - with full in-house design, manufacture, and delivery, ensuring every project is on time, on budget, and to specification.
