About the role
This 18-week program, commencing 4 May 2026, offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
What you'll gain:
- A Certificate I in Workplace Skills (BSB10120)
- Practical work-readiness, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
- Real workplace experience within a healthcare administration environment
- Ongoing mentoring and support from experienced professionals
- Up to six months of post-program support to help you transition into employment

- Medical Records Clerk
- Medical Receptionist
- Patient Support Officer
- Practice Support Officer
