About the role:
As a First Nations IT Trainee you will have the option to choose from one of two traineeships that offer a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience whilst learning:
Service Desk Analyst - Traineeship Opportunity 1
- First point of contact for IT support and troubleshooting
- Managing incidents, service requests, and user queries
- Delivering high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Be the go-to problem solver, helping users get back up and running quickly while delivering a standout customer experience
- Build your technical confidence by diagnosing real-time IT issues and providing clear, easy-to-understand solutions
Onsite Technician - Traineeship Opportunity 2
- Providing hands-on Level 1 & 2 IT support
- Working with hardware, software, and network systems
- Assisting with installations, upgrades, and technical support onsite
- Get hands-on with the latest tech, working directly with devices, systems, and environments in real-world scenarios
- Take ownership of onsite support tasks, building strong relationships with users while delivering fast, effective solutions
What we're looking
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Interest in IT and technology
- Basic troubleshooting or technical knowledge (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
What can you expect from us
- Earn while you learn with a nationally recognised qualification Certificate III in Information Technology
- Full time, paid traineeship with hands-on experience in a global IT organisation
