Roofing Apprentice

With a steady pipeline of work and continued growth, we’re looking for motivated and reliable people to join our team — including experienced roofers, labourers, and apprentices wanting to start or build a long-term career in the roofing industry.

At AR Ironclad, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills, and learn from experienced tradesmen in a supportive team environment. We offer consistent work, competitive pay, opportunities for growth, and occasional interstate travel for selected projects. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of metal roofing, cladding, fascia, guttering, and shed installations while working toward a recognised trade qualification.

Working with qualified and skilled roofers, you will gain valuable hands-on experience, mentoring and support.

Must Have 

• Basic knowledge of hand tools. 
• Genuine interest in roofing. 
• Physically fit and capable. 
• Reliable and hardworking.
