Business Administration Trainee
Hames Reid Plumbing are looking to recruit a business administration trainee to join our company. Initially, you will be working under close direction using established practices, procedures, and instructions.
We are looking for a candidate who is wanting to gain practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training (and a certificate III) in Business.

About the Opportunity
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering calls and responding to emails
- In conjunction with other office staff, answer & coordinate all jobs & quote requests & client enquiries.
- Scheduling of all jobs to suitable plumbers
- Procurement of materials required for specific work requests/projects.
- Manage stock levels & equipment; including servicing & replacement, where required.
- General administration support as required from management, offsite trades & estimators.
- Maintain & ensure all data is kept current in the job management system.
- Liaising with various authorities to apply for/schedule plumbing inspections, plans & compliance certifications.
- Preparing clients invoices for approval.
