About the Opportunity 

Hours of work will be 3-4 days per week.

Tasks will include, but are not limited to: 

The successful candidate will: 

• Support educators in providing high-quality education and care for children.
• Assist with the implementation of learning programs and activities.
• Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Supervise and engage with children to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, rest times, and hygiene practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment.
• Follow all service policies, procedures, and child protection requirements.
• Observe and contribute to children's learning and development documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
• Complete all traineeship coursework and practical requirements within designated timeframes.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept feedback.
• Uphold the values, philosophy, and professional standards of Over the Hills Academy.
